Mental Health Counselling (Pay-What-You-Can)

For a limited time, we are offering Pay-What-You-Can mental health group counselling for 0 - 3 months postpartum individuals to raise money for the Climb Out of The Darkness Campaign run by Postpartum Support International. It is one of the world’s largest events to raise awareness of perinatal mental health and we aim to raise $500. If you need mental health counselling or help us reach our goal, here is a link to make a donation https://www.canadahelps.org/s/nEYBaE

Do you have anxiety about your pregnancy or stress about raising your children that affects your mental health? You are not alone!

Pregnancy is meant to be a happy time of our lives - a new milestone and a new beginning; however, for many, it can also be a trigger of past negative experiences and be quite challenging at times.

It is overwhelming trying to deal with stress and anxiety while you are pregnant. It feels like you have tried everything but things are still not getting better. Although stress is a natural response to difficult circumstances, it can take its toll on your mental health when it persists for too long.

Going through pregnancy and raising children can be daunting. We are here to help you navigate any anxiety you might have related to childbirth and the complexity of parenting. We offer one-on-one therapy throughout pregnancy, sharing how to read baby cues, understand the growth and development of your baby, build a strong relationship with your child, and most of all, enjoy the process of parenthood for years to come.

To seek help is a sign of strength to acknowledge that you are struggling but you want to change. When you are feeling down, anxious, or at your wit's end, please know that help is available.
